Be Inspired! But Proofread!

I was so excited to get my latest blog out to you that I omitted probably the most important letter!  Please enjoy this revised edition!

Inspiration.  We all need to be inspired at certain times.  One definition of “inspired” is “imbued with the spirit to do something.”

Do you feel ready to DO something?  I offer you some inspiration to think about as we end the calendar year and look forward to a new start in 2017.

As many of you know, I espouse some of these as tips to follow any time, but especially during the holidays and end of year.  Think about trying to be INSPIRED, or any part of the suggestions below, as you move through the end of the year!

I’d love to say I developed this, but I can’t!  I read it somewhere….

I - Initiate change with positive intention

N - Neutralize stressful situations

S - Substitute healthier choices

P - Prioritize

I - Increase physical activity

R - Reassess your goals regularly

E - Establish support

D - Define your needs

If you need help getting INSPIRED, give us a call!  We’re ready to help you!

To Your Vitality!

P.S.  I mentioned in a previous blog that I’m rehabbing my shoulder.  I’m getting some expert help from my friends at Inspired Physical TherapyIf you are looking for physical therapy, and want to be inspired, visit them!
