Questions to Ponder

As we continue to navigate the new normal for our work day, home life, and health, this could be a great time to think about yourself each day and ask these questions:
- What did you do today?
- What questions did you ask?
- Whom did you help?
- What are you planning for tomorrow?
Spending time with yourself each day, especially at bedtime, can be refreshing, nourishing and just plain good for you! We get so caught up in simply existing in our lives we can lose track of our own needs and desires. This affects our health in so many ways – our stress levels, our hormone balance, our digestive system function, and our cardiovascular well-being, and the way we eat.
So, ask these questions of yourself, and consider extending the ask to your family – your children, your spouse or partner, your parents. Make sure you answer them, and ask your loved ones to do the same. Write your answers down – keep a journal so you can track the answers. Nourish your whole being. A healthy brain is a healthy body!
To Your Vitality!
