We celebrate President’s Day this week.  Some useless trivia about one of America’s favorite presidents is that 72% of Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address contained single syllable words, with only 28% multi-syllable words.  The adage about this fact is that powerful things, like a national address, can be accomplished by using simple, clean and concise methods.

You can do the same thing if you are trying to improve your health and vitality!

You don’t need a flashy nutritional program or wacky workout regime.  You need good, common-sense education and a lifestyle plan that works on ... well, lifestyle – and living!

Some simple, clean things you can do to improve your health and vitality should include some of these:

George Washington cut down that cherry tree, and hopefully ate those cherries right off the limb!  As we celebrate our presidents, consider getting back to some basics in your lifestyle.  It will make you feel like royalty!
