I often tell a joke during my wellness presentations that goes like this, “If you are what you eat, don’t be fast, easy, fake or cheap!”  It always gets a laugh!

There may be some truth to this statement.  There is a body of science that contends every whole food has a pattern that corresponds to the body part it nourishes and benefits.  This is fascinating to me, and I share a few of them with you here.  Eat up!

It’s a common fact that it is important to eat plenty of whole foods – vegetables and fruits. If you have a health concern with a certain body part, eat its corresponding nutrient dense food!

It may just increase your Vitality!
